Nikol’s background is in civil and environmental engineering, with a strong foundation in project management. She began her career in Houston, Texas, in the natural gas pipeline industry, where she managed permitting for large-scale, multi-state construction projects. She later joined a division office in Middle Tennessee, continuing to collaborate with state agencies on construction projects spanning seven states. This experience shaped her detail-oriented, analytical approach—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Nikol has been married for over 30 years, and, after raising her two children, she transitioned into the relocation industry, where she assisted seniors moving from their homes into assisted living communities. This role deepened her appreciation for both the emotional and logistical complexities of moving and reinforced her commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused service.
